The Gaingels App is a platform designed to enhance the experience of Gaingels members. It does so by providing access to exclusive networking opportunities, resources, events, member conversations and our Investor Portal in one convenient location.
2. Who can use the Gaingels App?
The app is currently available to all Gaingels members who are Accredited Investors. You must be an active member of the Gaingels community to join.
3. What features are available on the app?
The Gaingels App includes features such as:
- Event Management: Browse, RSVP, and attend exclusive Gaingels events, both virtual and in-person.
- Networking Opportunities: Connect with fellow members, founders, and partners through in-app conversations and messaging.
- Investment Tools: Access deal flow, track investments, and view portfolio updates.
- Educational Content: Gain insights from webinars, articles, and expert advice tailored for Gaingels members.
- Notifications: Stay up-to-date with real-time alerts on events, opportunities, and community updates.
4. How do I download the app?
The Gaingels App can be downloaded from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Search for "Gaingels" and follow the download instructions.
5. How do I log in to the app?
To log in:
- Use the email address associated with your Gaingels membership.
- Enter your password or reset it if needed.
- First-time users will receive an activation email with setup instructions.
6. What if I forget my password?
If you forget your password, click the "Forgot Password" link on the login screen. You’ll receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.
7. Is my information secure?

Visit the Events section to browse upcoming events. You can RSVP, add events to your calendar, and access event details such as location, speakers, and agenda.
12. What should I do if I encounter a technical issue?
If you experience technical difficulties:
- Try ‘force-quitting’ the app. (You know, slide part-way up from the bottom of the screen, then flick upward on the Gaingels window.)
- Ensure your app is updated to the latest version.

At this time, due to confidentiality reasons, we are not using the forum to discuss any deals. If you post any questions about deals, we will redirect you to our operations team, who will answer your questions one-on-one.
